本报告将探讨小鼠中枢神经系统中神经元与胶质细胞通讯的性别特异性模式，揭示性别因素如何调控神经元-胶质细胞相互作用及其对生理功能和疾病易感性的影响，为开发性别特异性的神经系统疾病治疗策略提供理论基础。
报告人介绍：
Frank Kirchhoff is Professor and Chair of Physiology at Saarland University Faculty of Medicine, Germany, and Founding Director of the Center for Gender-Specific Biology and Medicine (CGBM). He serves as President of the German Neuroscience Society and member of the German Brain Council Board and the Pan-European Regional Committee of the International Brain Research Organization. His research focuses on the cellular and molecular mechanisms of neuron-glia interactions in the CNS, particularly glial neurotransmitter receptors, synaptic regulation, responses to acute CNS injury, and the influence of sex differences. He has published over 130 papers in top journals including Science, Nature Neuroscience, Neuron, and Nature Communications, with an H-index of 57. He is co-Editor-in-Chief of Targetome and editorial board member of GLIA, and regularly reviews for Nature, Science, and European Journal of Neuroscience.
