The 3D relativistic Vlasov-Maxwell system is one of the fundamental models in the plasma physics, which describes the dynamics of electrons and ions under the electromagnetic field created by particles themselves. 王学成,现任清华大学丘成桐数学科学中心副教授,2016年获普林斯顿大学博士学位,其主要研究方向为非线性偏微分方程,在水波方程及动力学方程等领域取得一系列重要成果,相关前期工作以独立作者身份发表于Ann. of Math., CPAM, Annales ENS, CMP, ARMA, Adv.Math.等国际顶级数学期刊。
