- Resource scarcity has driven growing interest in the circular economy (CE). Closed-loop supply chain (CLSC) with returnable transport items (RTIs) in the food industry is an important domain of CE. Based on the literature review on the food CLSC with RTIs, several research gaps are identified as follows: 1) no study explores a shared RTI strategy, despite its widespread application in many companies and its ability to improve supply chain (SC) performance; 2) no study addresses integrated CLSC problems with RTIs under uncertainty, even though facility location and uncertainty can directly impact SC efficiency; and 3) while some research investigates operational risks, SC management under disruption remains unexplored. To address these gaps, this study examines three novel food CLSC management problems with RTIs.

报告人介绍:
Chu Feng(储凤)教授是法国国家特级教授,巴黎萨克雷大学Evry Campus, QLIO Department系主任。法国教育部科技精英奖(PES)获得者、法国教育部优秀博导奖(PEDR) 连续20年获得者。现任International Journal of Production Research、IEEE Transactions Intelligent Transportation Systems副主编,曾为IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering 、IEEE SMC副主编。为欧科学基金会、法国高教部。主要研究领域为运筹学,多目标优化,随机优化。应用领域为:智能交通系统管理,可持续物流供应链设计、优化、及风险管理,循环经济下生产系统计划、调度优化等。尤其在国际上率先提出,并领导其研究团队研究了智能交通系统专道设计和优化,可持续食品供应链设计、运行和优化,time of use tariffs背景下生产调度系统模拟和优化。其众多前沿性研究成果被国际同行广泛引用。围绕上述研究领域,在国际高水平期刊上发表论文200余篇(包括 IEEE Transactions on ITS,SMC and TASE 30 余篇、IJPR 30余篇,EJOR 10 余篇、CIE 10 余篇、COR 10余篇、 TR(B, C and E) 6篇、OMEGA 5篇、DSS、IJPE、AOR、JOCO、JORS,等)。在国际知名学术出版机构(IEEE/Wiley、Springer、IGI Global等)出版多部专著。主持承担了多项国际合作研究项目、法国中央、地方政府资助项目、中国国家自然科学基金项目。
